The client came to us requesting a complete redesign of the 3 bedroom dwelling. The dwelling of 1960s construction was in need of updating to suite modern family living. The ground floor has been extended to provide an open plan kitchen diner, taking advantage of the countryside views to the rear, along with the integrated garage becoming part of the dwelling providing a utility room and freeing up space for a study and cloakroom. The first floor has had a total redesign providing spacious ensuite bedrooms with vaulted ceilings.
